Children’s Classes

The Pasadena community is the proud home of the William Sears Baha’i School named after the beloved Hand of the Cause, William Sears.

In addition to the above centralized Baha’i school, neighborhood children’s classes are regularly conducted in areas throughout Pasadena where a number of parents, Baha’i or not, decide to be involved in the the spiritual education of their children in non-school settings.

Aware of the aspirations of the children of the world and their need for spiritual education, they extend their efforts widely to involve ever-growing contingents of participants in classes that become centres of attraction for the young and strengthen the roots of the Faith in society.

Children learn and develop virtues such as friendliness, helpfulness, kindliness, tolerance and many others through learning quotations or short prayers, storytelling, singing, art activities and games.

Currently only the centralized Baha;i school is in session (see calendar). This page is regularly updated as neighborhood classes form in various areas. If you are interested in classes in your area or in receiving training to teach children’s classes please contact us by email or phone.
